Quality Assurance Clinical Review Specialist is responsible for overseeing compliance, conducting clinical reviews, and training staff for our Pasadena program at Hillsides. This onsite role focuses on EPSDT/Short Doyle Medi-Cal compliance and ensuring high-quality clinical documentation and regulatory alignment. What You'll Do

Oversee compliance, conduct clinical reviews, and train staff to ensure adherence to mental health regulations and program policies.

Perform chart reviews and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality care.

Utilize tools like Welligent and the DMH portal to document findings and track corrective actions. What We're Looking For

Master's in social work, psychology, or related field

4+ years of EPSDT/Short Doyle Medi-Cal experience

Knowledge of mental health regulations, clinical documentation, and compliance concepts

Ability to train staff and perform chart reviews Nice to Have

Experience with Welligent and the DMH portal Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $28-$31 per hour
