• Perform routine quality control (qc) inspections on components, sub-assemblies, or finished products based on detailed standard operating procedures (sops) and visual aids.
• Accurately use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify that parts meet strict dimensional tolerances and specifications.
• Meticulously document all inspection results, including passing metrics and non-conformance reports (ncrs), ensuring audit readiness.
• Monitor production processes to ensure operators are strictly following established methods and protocols.
• Quickly integrate into different quality systems and client environments for various short-term mandates.
