Job Description
Eligibility Criteria
- Employees with C02 or C03 job level only can apply for this IJP
- Any graduate degree.
- Flexibility with rotational and night shifts.
- Experience in preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills- both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits and other work responsibilities.
- Address queries and concerns with supervisors.
- Document error trends to develop process Quality and improve overall performance. Provide support in creating and reviewing documented SOPs with operations.
- Detect, examine, and report fraudulent activities.
- Provide Necessary trainings based on operational requirements
- Help create corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) for error elimination or minimization. Provide necessary trainings based on the requirements
