As the Quality Assurance and Test Automation Infrastructure Lead, you will design strategy, maintain frameworks, and integrate testing suites to enable enterprise automated testing across sensitive government environments, supporting national security initiatives. What You'll Do
- Design QA and test automation infrastructure strategy
- Maintain and evolve QA frameworks and automation suites
- Integrate testing suites across enterprise CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional, security-focused stakeholders What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 11+ years in software QA and test automation infrastructure
- CI/CD and enterprise automated testing expertise
- Experience with Selenium and Tricentis Tosca
- Top Secret clearance with polygraph eligibility
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and enterprise testing environments
- Technical tools: CI/CD, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow Nice to Have
- Experience in government/intelligence or DoD environments
- Additional experience with Oracle Cloud or ServiceNow platforms Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $151,000 - $269,000 per year
