About the Role As a member of the Quality team, you will be responsible for sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples, ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to safety procedures, and maintaining lab safety while reporting discrepancies to the Group Leader. What You'll Do
- Conduct analysis of IP, FP, Stability and validation samples as allotted by the group leader.
- Handle HPLC and GC instruments.
- Perform SAP activities, ROA (Record of Analysis) preparation, and review analytical records and raw data against Specifications and STP (Standard Testing Protocol).
- Ensure documentation accuracy before submission or uploading online.
- Adhere to SOPs and maintain proper use and care of instruments, including cleaning before and after analysis.
- Follow safety precautions, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and use PPE at the workplace.
- Place SOP/STP/reference standards at designated locations after analysis, and report discrepancies or incidents promptly to the Group Leader.
- Oversee handling and upkeep of chemical and solvent stores, preparation of Spec-checks, catalogs, and result entries; maintain volumetric solutions and reagents.
- Prepare out-of-lab testing samples as required; ensure timely destruction of samples per SOP; print COA (Certificate of Analysis); complete assigned training; and perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Group Leader.
- Manage working standard qualifications. What We're Looking For
- MSc in Chemistry.
- Experience in analytical sampling/analysis and instrument handling (HPLC/GC) is desirable.
- Strong attention to documentation accuracy, SOP compliance, and lab safety.
- Familiarity with SAP, ROA, and reviewing data against Specifications and STP.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
