YOUR TASKS
In your role in the Business Division Electronics in our production facility in Kaunas (Lithuania), you will be the responsible quality specialist for pre-production and/or assembly area within the context of prescribed quality guidelines and instructions cross interfaces. You will support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check; identify main contributors of quality deviations and risks and drive tasks out of the quality improvement plans (QIP); transfer the content of the Control Plan into plant specific tools, assure enough information of those responsible, check correct application and review/update the Control Plan based on customer’s feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e.g. P-FMEA); perform statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product/process optimization in case of internal and external claim management in serial production; be responsible for regular execution of product audits; evaluate defined activities in case of product deviations; assess the impact of process and product changes in production and perform statistical evaluation for serial process/product inspections.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or related areas; at least a year of experience in quality assurance and production engineering; experience in the area of quality assurance and improvement; excellent English skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and MES systems (iTAC); purposeful and structured work approach, teamwork skills, an affinity for technology, and strong communication skills with a highly committed and proactive attitude.

Information regarding Base Salary
From 2700 to 2900 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking into consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. You will be entitled to an annual bonus, depending on your results.
