About this role
Mercado Envios manages seller inventories and delivers products to buyers to improve the experience on Mercado Libre. We operate in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape in Latin America, integrating local and regional carriers to support cross-border commerce. This role leads the Quality and Inventory team in Sudeste, Brazil, focusing on demand planning, staffing, and continuous improvement in inventory operations.
- Carry out, monitor, and ensure demand planning and short-term personnel allocation in the inventory area, ensuring the team is adequately staffed to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and promote the performance and growth of the team, conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and promote training to enhance employees’ skills.
- Ensure the effective execution of routine actions related to inventory tasks, maintaining quality and safety standards established for the area.
- Analyze performance indicators related to inventory management, create dashboards, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
