Quality Analyst

About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking a Quality Analyst in Mexico (Guadalajara) to ensure quality, policy compliance, and safety of content across the platform. The role works closely with multiple departments to audit deliverables, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and champions a culture of excellence and customer service. What You'll Do

• Audit deliverables and identify issues and trends.
• Provide actionable insights for Team Lead coaching, feedback sessions, and training curriculum development.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Perform quality reviews across all departments and support management with reporting, SLAs, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with engineering and client teams to maintain quality standards across processes.
• Stay adaptable to policy changes and evolving moderation guidelines. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in a Quality Assurance role with cross-department experience.
• B2 level English proficiency and native-level capability in the languages used for moderation; clear, understandable communication.
• Fluent in the languages required for content moderation; strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with the social media industry and content moderation practices (preferred).
• Flexible to policy changes, shifting schedules, and dedicated to standard operating protocols.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization; passion for quality and customer service. Nice to Have
• Experience with content moderation across multiple departments and policy guidance.
