About the Role The Quality Analyst – Problem Solver will take ownership of supplier-related quality crises and ensure sustainable resolution. You will protect operations by resolving disruptions, preventing recurrence, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance and ensure sustainable resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability.
- Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective.
- Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders.
