About the Role Segula Technologies is seeking a Quality Analyst – Inspector to join our Supplier Quality Management team across North America. You will act as the first line of defense to protect production by detecting supplier issues early and containing them before they impact operations. You will be assigned to suppliers and regularly travel to manufacturing sites to provide on-site quality oversight. What You'll Do
- Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity
- Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow
- Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances
- Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively
- Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions What We're Looking For
- Experience in supplier quality management or manufacturing quality control
- Ability to perform on-site inspections at supplier sites and travel to manufacturing sites
- Knowledge of non-conformance documentation and containment actions
- Proactive communication and escalation skills to minimize disruptions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
