About the Role The Quality Administrative Support Clerk at Life Entabeni Hospital will support the Quality Manager and the hospital Quality Department through administrative support and effective interdepartmental liaison, contributing to the optimal functioning of the Quality and Compliance program. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support for Quality (QMS) and Environmental (EMS) processes and assist with data capture, extraction, collation and reporting.
- Maintain efficient recording and filing systems; attend meetings; take minutes as required.
- Assist in coordinating Quality and Legal training, workshops and internal/external Quality Audits; support incident investigations; contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Manage an effective document control process and monitor the hospital's document control activities; maintain electronic document control system.
- Compile COID documentation, submit to COID and follow up on COID-related accounts. What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Strong computer literacy and competence in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in dealing with customers; ability to work independently and manage time; reliable and hardworking with integrity and confidentiality.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional conduct.
- Advantageous: knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures; secretarial experience/qualification; knowledge/experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System or Occupational Health and Safety. Nice to Have
