About the Role Sie arbeiten in der Qualitätssicherung an Instandsetzungsprojekten und gestalten QM-Prozesse, Vertragsprüfungen und Abnahmen maßgeblich mit. Ziel ist es, Qualität, Nachverfolgbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit in Instandsetzungsverträgen sicherzustellen. What You'll Do
- QM-seitige Prüfung von Kundenverträgen und Erstellung von QM-Plänen im Rahmen von Instandsetzungsverträgen
- Bearbeitung interner und externer Reklamationen, Analysen, Befundberichteprüfungen und Kommunikation mit dem Kunden
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Materialbewegungen, Begleitung interner Instandsetzungsaufträge inkl. Prüfungen und Kundenabnahmen der Liefergegenstände (HW/SW)
- Sicherstellung der notwendigen Dokumentationen und Abstimmung von Abnahmeterminen mit dem Kunden
