Qualified Project Manager

About the Role Drive the execution of projects with no-criticality according to contractual requirements and customer expectations, maximizing cash and margin while delivering on time, in conformity with Alstom project management processes. Be accountable for project QCDP and project Environment Health & Safety (EHS), safeguard Alstom's legal and contractual rights, and seek additional opportunities with the Customer Director / Platform. What You'll Do

• Be accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize financial performance; act as Owner of the Project Management Work Package (WP).
• Govern projects: define strategy in line with contract requirements, elaborate PMP, and allocate objectives to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance).
• Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out: ensure proper transfer from tender to project, define objectives, manage resources, lead core team and partners, align stakeholders, arbitrate Q, C, D, P re-baselining and change management, proactively manage risks and opportunities, monitor KPIs and report to senior management; represent the project to Alstom management; ensure compliance with Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, and the Project Management Manual.
• Manage customer and external stakeholders’ relationships: support Customer Director and SPD, ensure alignment with contractual requirements, and monitor performance indicators (PPI, CPI, Gate reviews, On-Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, EHS when applicable). What We're Looking For
• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree mandatory; IPMA level D (or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as manager of an operational scope; experience in multinational companies and diverse cultures; desirable knowledge of Alstom’s ways of working for efficient process execution.
• Competencies: Strong coordination and communication skills; team management; results orientation; solid knowledge of project management processes; knowledge of railway products and systems; negotiation skills.
