Job title: Qualified Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce, you will develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan, drive sales in a defined territory or account list, and achieve revenue targets. You’ll apply a solution-oriented approach to selling, helping prospects understand how our conversational marketing and pipeline generation solutions address their business needs. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from discovery through pitching and pricing negotiations—as a hands-on AE.
What You'll Do
- Be a master of discovery and a strategic business partner for prospective customers, owning the entire sales cycle
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business with Enterprise-sized organizations (2500+ employees), demonstrating the value of our solutions
- Actively pursue target accounts while building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Be the quarterback for your customers, engaging the right stakeholders at the right time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success teams
- Understand the competition and articulate Salesforce’s position in the market
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales, with experience selling to organizations of 2500+ employees and an ICP of marketing and sales leaders
- 2+ years’ experience in MarTech
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
- Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business
- Ability to articulate and sell the business value of MQLs, lead generation, and conversions
- Excellent thought leadership with the ability to drive a value-based sales cycle
- Smart, organized, self-motivated, and flexible
