This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance, ensuring strong financial results, and cultivating a culture of exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of business acumen, people leadership, and the ability to execute brand standards with consistency and precision.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in a high-volume QSR environment.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant performance, including financial results and guest service.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards with consistency and precision.
- Lead and develop teams, manage labor, food cost, and operational systems.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Build guest loyalty and foster positive community engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager leadership experience in a location with $3 million in annual sales or more.
- Proven track record in P&L oversight, labor management, food cost control, and operational systems.
- Strong leadership and talent development skills, with ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to delivering consistent guest experiences and operational compliance.
Nice to Have
- Prior leadership experience within nationally recognized quick-service or fast-casual brands.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Background in leveraging technology platforms, including drive-thru, mobile ordering, and delivery services.
- Ability to build strong guest loyalty and foster positive community engagement.
