We’re looking for an experienced QSR General Manager who loves building great teams, improving operations, and creating an environment where both employees and guests want to come back.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–30 employees

Recruit and build a fully staffed, high-performing restaurant

Develop shift leaders and future managers

Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs

Improve speed of service and order accuracy

Maintain strong food safety and operational standards

Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition

What We’re Looking For

Current or recent QSR management experience required

General Manager experience strongly preferred

Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining teams

Strong tenure and career progression

ServSafe certification
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
