About the Role We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the business’ QHSE programs. You will develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations, and promote a culture of safety and quality across the business. What You'll Do
- Maintain records/registers of injuries and illnesses and medical treatment at base & field locations with the base Medic
- Present safety induction training for all personnel on board and instruct inductees on hazards relevant to their positions
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections on SDI office, base and field locations
- Maintain emergency medical equipment in preparedness state and maintain an accurate inventory
