About the Role ANDRITZ Novimpianti is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead the QHSE function across locations, establish and maintain comprehensive QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) and risk assessments, and drive ongoing compliance and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, lead the QHSE team in the PPN QHSE activities, and support worldwide operations in a safety- and environment-conscious manner. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the QHSE team and coordinate planned activities to avoid interferences
- Establish, implement and maintain QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and conduct risk assessments
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze internal & external nonconformities
