QHSE Manager

About the Role ANDRITZ Novimpianti is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead the QHSE function across locations, establish and maintain comprehensive QHSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001) and risk assessments, and drive ongoing compliance and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, lead the QHSE team in the PPN QHSE activities, and support worldwide operations in a safety- and environment-conscious manner. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the QHSE team and coordinate planned activities to avoid interferences
• Establish, implement and maintain QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and conduct risk assessments
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze internal & external nonconformities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ANDRITZ Group requirements; develop training and awareness initiatives on QHSE issues
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, suppliers, and external partners; visit fairs and conferences as needed
• Conduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and coordinate audits/inspections with verification and certification bodies
• Lead the QHSE team in the LE and represent the organization in the PPN QHSE team; manage workload and align roles/responsibilities with global definitions
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of all required QHSE documents to provide competent opinions on QHSE aspects and support safe execution of planned activities
• Support R&D projects by tracking QHSE data, KPIs, and trends
• Travel worldwide to fulfill responsibilities What We're Looking For
• Proven leadership experience in QHSE management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and risk assessment processes
• Experience with regulatory monitoring, audits/inspections, and coordination with external partners
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships, train and mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work across multiple locations
• Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental protection standards; alignment with ANDRITZ Code of Conduct and Ethics Nice to Have
• Experience in the paper and board industry or drying technology sectors
