QHSE Lead

About the Role ANDRITZ Novimpianti is seeking a QHSE Lead to establish, implement, and maintain the group’s QHSE management systems across locations, ensure compliance with applicable laws, ANDRITZ guidelines, and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance. The role leads the QHSE team and represents the LE in the PPN QHSE team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide. It is assumed the job holder is willing to travel globally. What You'll Do

• Lead the QHSE team and represent the LE in the PPN QHSE team, coordinating QHSE activities across locations.
• Establish, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and the risk assessment document; ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date and communicate QHSE aspects within the legal entity including all locations; assess system performance and identify improvement opportunities; monitor nonconformities (internal and external).
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders (employees, suppliers); engage at fairs, conferences, and with industry associations; conduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and coordinate audits with external partners (occupational health, insurance experts, verification/certification bodies).
• Develop and implement regular QHSE training and awareness initiatives; provide functional expertise on all QHSE issues; coordinate preparation and delivery of required QHSE documents; provide qualified support to all involved parties to ensure QHSE-friendly execution of planned activities.
• Lead target setting, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of QHSE metrics to track KPIs and identify trends, supporting R&D projects. What We're Looking For
• Experience leading a QHSE team and implementing ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001; risk assessment capability; strong knowledge of QHSE laws, regulations, and standards; experience performing audits and coordinating with certification bodies.
• Strong ability to coordinate with HR for role alignment and training; ability to travel worldwide; excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate QHSE data into actionable insights and support development projects.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and comply with ANDRITZ Code of Conduct and safety/environment requirements. Nice to Have
• Experience visiting fairs and conferences and engaging with industry associations; experience in audits/inspections with verification and certification bodies; familiarity with ANDRITZ guidelines and compliance. Compensation & Benefits
