About the Role QC Documentation Specialist works closely with the Quality Control inspection team to prepare and submit First Article and Dimensional Inspection Reports for semiconductor and aerospace customers. This role ensures all documentation meets customer specifications and quality standards. This position is onsite in Tualatin, Oregon. What You'll Do
- Prepare, submit for approval, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
- Review customer purchase orders and supplier purchase orders to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications
- Annotate FAIR and Dimensional Inspection Report (DIR) drawings with ballooned (bubble) numbers identifying all features and requirements
- Capture photographs of products, packaging, and labeling for inclusion in FAIR documentation
- Collaborate with customer source inspectors to review completed FAIRs
- Review with markup incoming product certification documents
- Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints for machined parts and assemblies
- Experience with manufacturing document control or First Article documentation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) preferred
