Job Description

As a QC Chemical Laboratory Intern, you will work closely with experienced laboratory analysts and chemists to support daily quality control and quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the preparation of samples, reagents, standard solutions, and laboratory chemicals required for testing activities.
• Support routine chemical, physical, and sensory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately record, compile, and maintain laboratory test results, data, and documentation.
• Assist with laboratory equipment calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support laboratory housekeeping, inventory management, and general laboratory operations to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist in investigations related to non-conformances, deviations, and out-of-specification results, including documentation and follow-up activities.
• Support the review, maintenance, and control of laboratory records, procedures, and quality documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and food safety objectives as required.
