About the Role The QAQC Manager will plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Control activities for White Dove operations, ensuring code compliance and satisfying clients, market value and shareholder returns. This role manages all Base and Project QA/QC activities and drives continuous improvement through risk management, audits and corrective actions. What You'll Do
- Review project and repair scope of work for completeness and adequacy against standards, specifications and requirements.
- Analyze operational or project-specific quality risks and develop a Quality Plan for project execution.
- Coordinate pre- and post-job briefs and capture lessons learned for timely continuous improvement.
- Identify and manage quality risks across operations and third-party contractors; monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure contractor qualification and competency requirements are satisfied prior to engagement on any project.
- Monitor service quality leading indicators, trends and KPIs; develop remedial work plans for negative trends.
- Conduct investigations into service quality issues, including root cause analysis, remedial work plan development and effective closure of incidences.
- Ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities with action plans and monitored implementation.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions and cascade lessons learned across departments.
- Conduct management reviews to assess QMS effectiveness and identify improvements; ensure ISO 9001:2015 sustainability for White Dove.
- Coach relevant functions to ensure quality and compliance; provide internal or external training as needed.
- Ensure operations and related support functions comply with processes and procedures.
- Liaise with certification bodies for ISO 9001 certification and renewal of certificates.
- Coordinate and participate in planned audits (internal, supplier/vendor, third-party and client) with timely closure of NCs.
- Ensure audits, self-assessments and inspections are carried out and remedial plans closed.
- Develop and maintain awareness of quality as part of line management responsibilities; advise on quality communications, visibility and corrective actions.
- Support line management to define, implement and monitor Service-Specific KPIs.
- Assist with client Service Quality Reviews and coordination with client representatives to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure client feedback mechanisms are implemented and reviewed for system improvement.
- Understand field operations to identify challenges and support lasting solutions.
- Ensure procurement quality checks and adequate inspection of materials and resources.
- Verify all materials and equipment meet quality checks and fit-for-purpose criteria.
- Coordinate and oversee Contractors’ Performance Evaluation System (KPIs) for ongoing engagement.
- Ensure reliability and validity of equipment, measuring and monitoring devices.
- Coordinate Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) to safeguard asset longevity in line with industry standards. What We're Looking For
- Minimum a First Degree in Engineering or a science-related field; higher degree is a plus.
- ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications; ISM and other marine operation qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in QMS and ISM audits.
- Working knowledge of QMS and other management systems (QHSE).
- Strong knowledge of Process Quality Improvement, Risk-based thinking and process approach.
- Excellent knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and FMEA.
- Significant experience and competency in marine quality management.
