Job title: QA/QC Inspector
About the Role The QA/QC Inspector will support Silent-Aire's quality program by creating and maintaining QA/QC control documentation, inspecting components and completed units, and coordinating documentation and safety practices at the Nisku facility.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain QA/QC control documentation.
- Document control: organize all inspection documentation papers and online photos provided by inspectors.
- Daily inspection of in-process units to verify sealing, parts presence, and overall quality; ensure productions are inspected as required and paperwork is accurate.
- Daily inspection of paperwork for all in-process units and report any deficiencies to the Quality Supervisor.
- Complete sub-assembly inspections (motor, coil, evap., furnace, paint) and unit final inspections.
- Review inspection documents and assemble unit packages.
