About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service QA Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions. The role focuses on validating the Field Service Lightning modules and related processes to ensure reliable scheduling, dispatching, and service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design test strategies and detailed test cases from business requirements and technical specs for Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of FSL modules (scheduling, dispatching, work orders, service appointments, mobile).
- Validate mobile and web interfaces used by field technicians and service agents.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
