Job Description
Purpose:
- The aim is to extend and upgrade five existing highvoltage (HV) electrical substations as a turnkey project.
- This technical service will be carried out in Nigeria. This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.
Main Goals
- Represent QA/QC and Quantity Surveying.
- Implement the Project Quality Management System.
- Measure completed works and validate subcontractor quantities.
- Ensure compliance with ITPs and Quality Plans.
- Coordinate inspections and audits.
Deliverables:
- Review and follow the Quality Plans and ITPs.
- Witness inspections.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) measurement and quantity verification
- Manage NoneConformity Report (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs).
- Control punch lists.
- Compile turnover dossiers.
- Issue weekly quality reports.
- Coordinate Control Sheet and SAT with the onshore Company’s Team
- Maintain quality records.
- Prepare with the Onshore Team the First Of a Kind (FOaK)
Qualifications
Requirements for Technical Services:
- Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience and Quantity Surveying on HV substations.
- ISO9001 and IEC knowledge.
- Experience with construction and commissioning dossiers.
