Job Description Hepton Electromechanical is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This critical role involves ensuring that all our electromechanical projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Relevant electrical background and experience.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
