Job Position: QA / QC Engineer - Piling & Structural Works

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in piling and structural works to ensure quality standards are maintained across construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for pile foundations, piers, pier caps, precast segments, and station buildings.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review method statements, ITPs, test reports, and other quality documentation.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and testing activities throughout project execution.
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain required quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven QA/QC experience in piling and major structural works.

• Practical experience with pile foundations, piers, pier caps, precast segments, and station buildings is essential.

• Strong knowledge of construction inspection, testing, and quality control procedures.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
