About the Role Bachem sucht eine engagierte QA Professional –QMS (a) zur Unterstützung unseres kontinuierlichen organischen Wachstums im Bereich Quality Systems. Die Rolle fokussiert auf die Dokumentenverwaltung im eQMS, die Gewährleistung aktueller, genehmigter Dokumente und die Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie Audits und Compliance-Aktivitäten. What You'll Do
- Dokumentenmanagement im eQMS
- Verantwortung für das Dokumentenmanagement‑Modul im elektronischen Qualitätssicherungssystem
- Pflege, Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten
- Sicherstellen, dass nur aktuelle, genehmigte und gültige Dokumente im Umlauf sind
- Unterstützung von Fachbereichen bei der Erstellung, Änderung und Sistierung von Dokumenten
- Compliance Checks & Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von Compliance‑Checks zur Sicherstellung der Vorgaben im Dokumentenmanagement
