About the Role
This is a 100% remote, contract full-time position based for Costa Rica. You will lead a team of Manual QA Analysts to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our SaaS solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with development teams to test new features and fixes and drive a culture of rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Manual QA Analysts, providing guidance and mentorship throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Oversee manual regression tests to ensure stability and integrity of software products.
- Collaborate with development teams to test new features and fixes, ensuring requirements are met and identifying potential bugs or performance issues.
- Foster exploration and innovation by encouraging thorough exploratory testing and providing insights to improve product quality.
- Identify and log bugs with clear reproduction steps and comprehensive issue documentation.
- Establish and maintain robust test cases using TestRail, ensuring efficient and organized testing processes.
- What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in a QA management role for manual testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in bug tracking systems like Jira.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
