About the Role
TripleTen is recruiting for a talent pool of QA professionals to serve as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts in Nebius Academy’s AI-assisted QA education program. The role centers on delivering live workshops, creating course materials, and guiding curriculum with AI-powered QA techniques to help engineering teams write smarter tests and automate effectively. These are ongoing, part-time opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver live workshops and training sessions, leading learner interactions
- Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials
- Design practical exercises, guides, prompts, and reference resources
- Help define curriculum structure, learning objectives, and competency frameworks
- Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance
- Share insights on AI tools, workflows, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum teams to improve learning outcomes
- Support program updates based on learner feedback and market needs
- Roles include Instructor, Author, and Subject Matter Expert responsibilities
- All roles are part-time: ~10–15 hours per week
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong focus on mobile QA (Android/iOS), test automation, or AI-assisted quality engineering
- Solid knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools such as Cursor, testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA, MCP ecosystem integrations, agentic workflows, or similar, with real implementation experience and measurable impact
- Strong ability to share knowledge through content creation, training, mentoring, or facilitation
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to collaborate within European time zones
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a strong plus
- Background in QA advocacy, tech leadership, mentoring, conference speaking, or technical community engagement is a plus
Nice to Have
- Strong expertise in QA Engineering, Test Automation, or AI-assisted Quality Engineering
- Ability to evaluate real-world AI/QA tools, testing architectures, and workflows, distinguishing practical approaches from hype
- Experience creating competency maps, skill frameworks, learning roadmaps, or curriculum structures
- Ability to review technical learning content and provide structured feedback
