About the Role As a QA Inspector based in Suzhou, you will safeguard product quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection. By inspecting connector components to specification and catching issues early, you will help ensure that only conforming product reaches our customers. 作为派驻苏州的质量检验员，您将负责来料、制程与成品检验，全面保障产品质量。您将依据规范检验连接器部件，及早发现问题，确保只有合格产品交付给客户。 What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming materials according to inspection standards and specifications
- Verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of connector components, including terminals, housings, shells, contacts, and packaging materials
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, and microscopes
- Complete inspection reports and maintain inspection records
- Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials
- Conduct routine production line inspections according to inspection plans
- Monitor product quality during assembly and packaging processes
- Perform first-article inspections and verify product quality after changeovers or setup adjustments
- Verify critical process parameters and control points
- Escalate quality issues and stop production when necessary to prevent defects
- Perform final product inspections according to sampling plans
- Verify product appearance, dimensions, functionality, labeling, and packaging
- Ensure products meet customer specifications before shipment
- Prepare outgoing inspection reports and release documentation
- Record and maintain inspection data accurately
- Ensure traceability of inspection records
- Support Quality Engineers in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality enhancement projects What We're Looking For
- Junior college (associate) degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in the connector industry
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, projectors, microscopes) Nice to Have
- A background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, tooling/mold, or electrical/electronics, or a related discipline
