QA Engineer (Software Quality Assurance) in Lagos, Nigeria | Hybrid. Experience: 3+ Years. Salary: N500,000.
Can you spot what could go wrong before it reaches the customer? We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who can combine manual testing, test automation, and strong analytical thinking to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our digital lending and financial products.
🎯 Our Ideal Candidate: You're a quality-driven engineer who doesn't just identify bugs but understands how to prevent them, improve testing processes, and build confidence in every product release.
You'll thrive in this role if you have: ✔ 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a regulated industry. ✔ Strong experience in manual and automated testing (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium). ✔ Hands-on API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. ✔ Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java. ✔ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies. ✔ Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. ✔ An understanding of lending, payment systems, or core banking applications is an added advantage.What makes you stand out?You think beyond test execution.
