We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a QA Engineer supporting payroll and benefits platforms used by U.S.-based organizations.
In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of payroll and benefits processes by validating calculations, enrollments, eligibility rules, contributions, and system functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the PEO industry
- 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. Payroll
- Strong Benefits Administration experience
Experience with:
- Employee Benefits
- Group Benefits
- Benefits Enrollments
- Eligibility Rules
- Employee & Employer Contributions
- Retirement Plans & Match Calculations
- Experience working with payroll or benefits software
- QA, testing, validation, or system review experience is highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced English
