About the Role Join Tek Leaders as part of the QA 360 team delivering AI-driven quality engineering across four quadrants: Agentic Test Engineering, Adaptive Performance & Security Assurance, Quality Intelligence & Predictive Governance, and Continuous AI-Driven Assurance. You’ll help build a truly autonomous QA ecosystem that emphasizes safety, resilience, and intelligent testing to empower enterprises to innovate with confidence in an evolving AI landscape. What You'll Do
- Develop and contribute to AI-driven, agentic quality engineering initiatives across the four quadrants.
- Design, implement, and maintain self-healing, adaptive, and predictive testing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, resilience, and intelligence of QA processes.
- Build and analyze quality intelligence and predictive governance to guide quality decisions. What We're Looking For
- Experience with QA engineering, AI-driven testing, and automation.
- Familiarity with agentic test engineering concepts, adaptive performance, and security assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate requirements into test strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI landscape, with a focus on safety and resilience.
