About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a QA Automation Engineer Lead to lead testing activities for complex products or services and ensure product quality. The role combines hands-on test automation with strategic planning, enabling resource coordination and continuous improvement across teams. What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services, ensuring product quality.
- Facilitate resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort, driving continuous improvement.
- Design, develop and support test cases for functional and nonfunctional domains.
- Lead the identification of test scope and test environment setup needs, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives.
- Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches.
- Generate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes.
- Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies, ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements.
- Support in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture.

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks spanning UI, API, and back-end integrations, including end-to-end automation.
- Proven ability to lead testing activities, create test plans, set up test environments, and track metrics for large initiatives.
- Strong skills in generating and reviewing test reports and translating findings into product or design changes.
- Ability to assess product quality risks from high-level solution architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building capabilities.
