Job title: QA Analyst Contractor
About the Role Smarkets is looking for a QA Analyst Contractor to prepare our Swedish platforms for launch and growth. You’ll test core journeys, deliver actionable insights, and help create a localised, fully compliant experience for Swedish users.
What You'll Do
- Test core customer journeys across web and mobile apps to uncover bugs, usability issues, and friction points.
- Deliver clear insights to move our product from 70% to full market readiness.
- Support a smooth, localised experience that drives user satisfaction, retention, and revenue in Sweden.
What We're Looking For
- Native Swedish speaker with strong knowledge of local user behaviours and preferences; must have BankID and no existing Smarkets/SBK account.
- Detail-oriented with experience in QA testing for web and mobile apps (betting or gaming industries preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and participating in remote live walkthroughs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Approx. 18 hours over 6 weeks (around 3 hours per week).
