You will rigorously test key user journeys, provide actionable feedback to move product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit, and help deliver a smooth, compliant experience that drives customer retention and revenue in the Indiana market.

- Rigorously test key user journeys to identify bugs, usability issues, and friction points.
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help take our product from 70% readiness to 100% market-fit.
- Ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging user experience that supports strong customer retention and revenue growth in the Indiana market.
- Conduct functional and usability testing of our U.S. (Indiana) experience across web and mobile apps.
