YOUR IMPACT

You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards. You will work on implementing ServiceNow with some of the world’s biggest brands.

YOUR TEAM

We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. You will be responsible for executing manual and automated tests, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

• Perform manual and automated testing throughout the product or solution lifecycle.
• Analyze integration test results (ServiceNow and third-party tools) and report defects.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance QA processes.
• Maintain and optimize test suites based on changes and monitor QA performance KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA tools, practices, and documentation.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.

• 3-5 years proven experience as a QA Analyst, with strong manual testing skills and knowledge of automation.
• Bilingualism French and English.
• Ability to handle complex workflows and large-scale integrations, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assets: IT/telecom experience, ServiceNow expertise, QA certifications (ISTQB), and proficiency with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, Jira.
• If english is required: “English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec.”
