About the Role Join ZF as a FutureStarter to shape the future of mobility by building high-performance interactive web applications. As a Python Developer for Interactive Web Applications (Dash/Streamlit), you’ll work in cross-functional squads in Wroclaw or Warsaw to deliver scalable solutions that weave rich UI with backend simulations. What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable web applications using Python Dash or PyShiny (Shiny for Python).
- Ensure fast load times and handle complex state management for concurrent users.
- Create robust interfaces between the UI and backend Python execution engines (e.g., triggering complex simulations with user-defined inputs) while maintaining UI responsiveness.
- Implement essential enterprise features, including User Authentication (SSO), RBAC, user configuration persistence, and audit trails/history.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces; act as guardian of the User Experience.
- Optimize performance (caching, asynchronous callbacks) to ensure speed and reliability under heavy load.
- Actively use Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate boilerplate code, write unit tests, and refactor logic.
- Operate as the primary web developer within cross-functional squads, defining the frontend architecture for new products. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or business management (or related field).
- A few years of experience in web application development, with a strong focus on the Python ecosystem.
- Deep expertise building production-ready apps with Dash or PyShiny; experience with global state, caching (Redis), and asynchronous tasks (Celery/background workers).
- Security mindset with experience implementing authentication/authorization (OAuth) and managing user permissions (RBAC) in a corporate environment.
- Data Handling: experience designing apps that write back to databases/data stores. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
