Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced PVC Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient machine operations, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily PVC production activities and production staff.
• Monitor PVC extrusion/production processes and ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Monitor raw material usage, production output, wastage, and machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Maintenance when required.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and changeover of production machines.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
• Train, supervise, and manage production operators.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in PVC/plastics manufacturing, preferably in PVC extrusion or pipe production.
• Hands-on experience operating or supervising PVC extrusion machines.
• Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machine troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to work shifts and meet production targets.
