Job title: Purple Team Specialist
About the Role Join Luxoft's Development Centre in Bucharest and become a member of an open-minded, progressive and professional team. You will work for a world-famous client within the Chief Security Office (CSO) environment, supporting the CISO and Corporate Security to help guarantee information security.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute threat-driven Purple Team Exercises.
- Consume Threat Intelligence feeds to analyze threat actor Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and develop Purple Team Emulations.
- Identify and analyze complex Identity Driven Attack Paths.
- Develop automations and scripts utilizing Python, PowerShell, and Bash for security emulations and system administration tasks.
- Navigate complex security-related requests with passion and communicate with stakeholders across the Chief Security Office at different corporate levels.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of operational experience as a Red Team Operator, Penetration Tester, Detection Control Engineer, Forensics Analyst, Threat Hunter or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree focusing on Computer Science, Information Security, information systems, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
- Strong understanding of TTPs in the MITRE Framework and the cyber kill-chain.
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate.

- Experience in a multinational company would be a plus.
