About the Role Within the Alstom Digital and Integrated Services France Purchasing team, you will manage procurement activities to guarantee the execution of the PACIS program from Tender through deployment for projects in a fast-growing, high-stakes environment. This role requires close collaboration with the Programme and Legal teams to secure contractual arrangements and optimized costs. What You'll Do
- Manage procurement activities to ensure the execution of the PACIS program from Tender through deployment for Projects.
- Launch RFQs to Alstom's supplier panel in line with procurement strategies and the validated RFQ package with the Programme team.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Present to internal stakeholders a Business Award in line with Quality Cost Delay (QCD) requirements or submit a Procurement commitment in Tender phase.
- Establish a legal contract with the chosen supplier with support from Legal.
- Define supplier contractual commitments on Life Cycle Cost - Maintenance.
- Monitor cost variations during development and deployment.
- Optimize costs through various levers (technical, redesign, etc.).
- Monitor supplier risks on QCD to anticipate difficulties and prepare mitigation plans. What We're Looking For
- 5 to 10 years of procurement experience in an industrial and complex environment.
- Rigorous, interested in an industrial environment, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate and persuade.
- Appetite for setting up and managing contractual agreements.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency with SAP is required.
