About the Role This role leads and coordinates purchasing activities for the assigned division or product category, driving cost competitiveness and procurement excellence. You’ll collaborate across product management, engineering, and vendors to develop or redesign products and bring them to market while managing quality and delivery risks.
What You'll Do
- Project management: Lead projects and coordinate across functions to achieve on-time results and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and vendors to develop new products or redesign existing ones to improve cost competitiveness and production efficiency.
- Identify priorities during fast-paced periods and apply streamlined processes to minimize rework and maximize efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, monitor contract compliance, lead supplier scorecard processes, and identify high-potential vendors and risk mitigation.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively, act as a team player and facilitator across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Experience: Procurement experience in a healthcare company or regional sourcing center is a plus; experience in new product development and new supplier development.
- Language: English.
- Overseas education or work experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Overseas educational background or working experience will be a plus.
