Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant Hybrid, Kraków 35-40h / week | Contract of Mandate | Entry-level position Amer Sports Global Business Center is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant to support invoice processing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, is eager to learn, and excels in an ever-evolving workplace.
What you will be doing:
- Working with SAP system
- Processing all transactions related to the Purchase to Pay (PtP) process.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts (Invoice/PO/GR).
- Manage vendor open items and follow up on vendor debit balances.
- Monitoring overdue workflows and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
- Making necessary corrections and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Ensuring timely processing in compliance with SLAs.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you need to succeed: Education – Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing studies in one of these areas. Work availability – Willingness to occasionally work on afternoon and night shifts (2nd and 3rd shifts). Language skills – Proficiency in English for business communication. Technical skills – Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory. Role-relevant skills – Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy, investigative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective time management and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
