About the Role Gerresheimer offers pupils the chance to start a professional path through internships, apprenticeships in technical, IT-based or commercial professions, or a dual study program across several German locations. You will be supported by an intensive mentoring program and gain varied, meaningful tasks that help you grow. We recruit according to our needs and have a nearly 100% apprenticeship hiring rate, with a view to a long-term relationship if you prove yourself. What You'll Do
- Participate in your chosen program (internship, apprenticeship, or dual study) and perform practical activities relevant to your track.
- Receive mentoring from experienced professionals and work on a variety of tasks.
- Collaborate with teams across our locations in Dusseldorf, Essen, Tettau, Wackersdorf, Lohr and Bunde. What We're Looking For
- Pupils and school leavers seeking an early entry into the professional world.
- Interest in technical, IT-based, or commercial professions.
- Motivation, commitment and willingness to learn; openness to a long-term relationship with Gerresheimer if you join.
