About the Role This is a manufacturing operator position at Dana in Jiangsu, responsible for performing production tasks according to work instructions, ensuring product quality and meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe, organized workstation in line with 5S standards and Dana management norms. What You'll Do
- Follow work instructions to perform production operations and ensure product quality and achievement of production targets.
- Identify safety hazards, quality issues and other problems in the assembly process and promptly report to your supervisor.
- Maintain 5S at the workstation to meet company requirements; comply with Dana's management standards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor. What We're Looking For
- Age 18-40; mechanical-related vocational (technical) secondary education; at least two years of related industry experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; team spirit and quality awareness.
- Basic mechanical knowledge; able to read simple mechanical assembly drawings; stamping press experience preferred.
- Able to work in shifts and overtime, including holidays. Nice to Have
- Experience with stamping/punch press preferred.
