About the Role ANDRITZ is seeking a Pulp & Paper Field Service Engineer to support customers on-site, delivering service, inspections and project execution. The role focuses on building customer relationships, providing process support, and helping ensure successful implementation of on-site solutions. What You'll Do
- Visit PKP product customers to build strong relationships and develop the business
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations
- Perform pulp line site inspections, service work and troubleshooting
- Provide process support and manage supplier base
- Execute site and shutdown projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor What We're Looking For
- BSc or MSc in Engineering (mechanical/process/automation)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the pulp and paper industry; experience with cutter/layboy and baling preferred; experience with wet end or dryer or paper machines advantageous
- Hands-on mill maintenance and operation experience
- Customer service oriented with good social, communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, independent and result-driven; willingness to learn and develop
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Chinese and English at a good level
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have
- Experience with cutter/layboy and baling (preferred)
- Experience with PKP products or similar systems
