About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join our growing, physician-led multidisciplinary team at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers a full-spectrum Pulmonary and Critical Care practice within a nationally recognized health system that emphasizes evidence-based care, innovation, and leadership opportunities. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to a diverse patient population.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
- Provide a full-spectrum Pulmonary and Critical Care practice: outpatient pulmonary medicine, inpatient pulmonary consults, and ICU coverage.
- Collaborate multidisciplinary with thoracic surgery, oncology, infectious disease, cardiology, and sleep medicine.
- Access advanced bronchoscopy and procedural opportunities; work with state-of-the-art ICUs and pulmonary diagnostic facilities; dedicated APP support; EPIC EMR.
- Explore opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership based on interest. What We're Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with EPIC EMR and modern diagnostic/therapeutic technologies preferred. Nice to Have

- Interest in advancing bronchoscopy/procedural skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: $288,941 (10th percentile) to $511,902 (75th percentile) based on years of experience.
