Job title: Publisher Accounts Manager
About the Role Meet a role within adjoe's Supply Growth team focused on turning app publishers' potential into revenue. You will manage a portfolio of app publisher partners, optimize monetization, and collaborate across Product, Tech, and Business teams to drive growth and strong partner satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
- Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
- Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.
- Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR; know how to leverage them to drive performance.
- Exceptional communicator; clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to partners in regular QBR meetings.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, and use them effectively to analyze data and present results.
- Highly results-driven; motivated by achieving measurable outcomes and maximizing revenue.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key.
- Take full ownership of your work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact.
