About the Role Tower Semiconductor is seeking a dynamic MarCom professional to lead and execute marketing communications across its global organization. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution in content, digital, PR, and events to strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Create content for marketing collateral, website, and social media channels.
• Develop and write press releases, including translation into Hebrew.
• Manage media relations: coordination, logistics, and content management.
• Plan and deliver content across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and reach.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, language, and visual identity across all sites.
• Organize and manage industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, sales, IR, and leadership to align messaging.
• Manage digital assets and social media activities; support internal communications.
• Administer MarCom budgets and expenditures; monitor and optimize activities.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers (agencies, designers, vendors).
• Support day-to-day MarCom operations with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and/or Marketing Communications in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in social media management and strategic brand positioning.
• Strong content development capabilities with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital marketing tools for MarCom.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for content generation, analytics, and automation.
• Ability to quickly adopt new tools and continuously expand professional skill sets.
• Strong stakeholder management, service mindset, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams; resourceful and initiative-driven problem-solver.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in technical writing is an advantage.
